The Project Manager defines project goals, objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. They develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the steps required to achieve these goals. They are also responsible for coordinating the work of software developers, engineers, and other project team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
- Bachelor’s degree of Information Technology, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Experience of at least 2 years in the field of IT Project Management using industry-based methodology and tools
- Has technical background in systems analysis and design in IT related projects
- Very organized and able to communicate accordingly to both function and technical teams
- Able to communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and project team members.
A Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist in the field of Information Technology (IT) is responsible for ensuring that software applications and IT systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability before they are deployed to end-users or clients. The primary goal of a QA Specialist is to identify and prevent defects or issues in software or IT projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Effective in written and verbal communication in English is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of Software Testing applications is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with the Software Development and/or Application Support Methodology.
- At least 1 year of systems development and/or business experience.
A software developer is a professional who designs, creates, tests, and maintains software applications and systems. They write code, collaborate with teams, and use various programming languages and tools to develop software solutions that address specific user needs or business objectives.
- Develop the detailed design structure after carefully understanding the requirements and the high level designs in the process rectifying possible errors in the process.
- Implement technology best practices and coding standards of the project.
- Establish or re-engineer software development processes needed to achieve the deliverables of projects.
- To keep a check on the whole system, conduct the testing and integration testing for the entire system.
- Reporting for all the assigned tasks in form of accurate and detailed reports.
